Daytona 116518

The Cosmograph Daytona ref. 116518 is the solid 18k yellow-gold chronograph offered on a leather strap (and later Oysterflex), introduced in 2000 with the first in-house Daytona movement. It is powered by the automatic Caliber 4130 with about a 72-hour power reserve and a gold tachymeter bezel.
