Reference 145.0022 is the early-1980s ST-code successor within the calibre 861 Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch line. Omega changed the external reference from 145.022 to ST 145.0022 around 1981 while the caseback could still carry 145.022, before the PIC-code 3590.50 era arrived in 1988.
